Run compliant. Stay compliant.

Ortix Group handles the whole compliance load for motor carriers — from your USDOT authority to real-time Hours-of-Service monitoring — so a roadside inspection or a DOT audit is a formality, not a crisis.

The thing we actually built

Hours-of-Service monitoring, live

Most compliance shops push paper. We watch your drivers' clocks in real time and catch a violation before the officer does.

Every clock, every driver, right now.

Pulled straight from your ELDs and scored against all four FMCSA limits — the moment a driver nears the line, you know.

  • Every driver's 11-hour, 14-hour, break and cycle clock, live
  • Violations flagged the moment a limit is crossed
  • Log tampering caught by cross-checking the ELD against GPS & engine data
  • An end-of-day compliance report, emailed automatically
  • One board across every carrier you manage

Know the limits

The four rules everything turns on

Straight from FMCSA 49 CFR Part 395 — and exactly what our monitor enforces, to the minute.

11
hour driving limit

A driver may drive a maximum of 11 hours after 10 consecutive hours off duty.

14
hour on-duty window

A driver may not drive beyond the 14th consecutive hour after coming on duty. Off-duty time does not extend the window.

30
minute break

Required once a driver has driven 8 cumulative hours without a 30-minute break. Any non-driving 30 minutes counts.

60/70
hour cycle

No driving after 60 hours on duty in 7 days, or 70 in 8 days. A 34-hour break resets the cycle.

What we handle

Everything a carrier has to file

Sixteen compliance services under one roof — so you're not juggling a filing agent, a consortium, an ELD vendor and an auditor separately.

Authority setup

MC & USDOT registration

We stand up your operating authority end to end — USDOT number, MC docket, and the URS application — and shepherd it through the 21-day protest period.

Driver qualification files

Every DQ file, audit-ready

MVRs, medical certs, road-test certificates, employment history — assembled, tracked, and flagged before anything expires. The #1 thing auditors ping.

Drug & alcohol program

Consortium & random testing

Consortium enrollment, a compliant random-testing pool, pre-employment and post-accident testing — the full DOT-mandated program without the admin.

DOT audit prep

Ready before they knock

Compliance reviews and focused audits, handled. We assemble the file the way FMCSA wants to see it, so an audit is a formality, not a fire drill.

IFTA

Fuel-tax filing

Quarterly IFTA returns from your mileage and fuel records — filed on time, reconciled, and defensible if a state ever asks.

Maintenance records

Proof your trucks are fit

Systematic vehicle maintenance and inspection files — the documentation that keeps a roadside OOS order from becoming a pattern on your record.

How it works

From new number to always-ready

Get authorized

USDOT, MC authority and the URS filing — we stand it up and clear the protest period.

Connect & set up

DQ files, drug & alcohol program, ELDs, IFTA/IRP/UCR — every filing in place.

We monitor

Real-time Hours-of-Service, tampering detection, and daily reports keep you clean.

Stay audited-ready

New-entrant and DOT audits become a formality, because the file is always ready.

Let's get you compliant — and keep you there.

Tell us where you are: brand-new authority, growing fleet, or an audit letter on the desk. We'll tell you exactly what it takes.
